1. Digital goods
All products sold by Love Tales Press are digital (ebooks, audiobooks, bundles). Delivery is immediate after successful payment via download links in your account or confirmation email.
2. General rule
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once a download has started or a file has been accessed, except where required by law or in the cases below.
3. When we may issue a refund
- Duplicate charge or technical billing error
- File is corrupt or undeliverable and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time
- You were charged but never received access (and can demonstrate this)
- Required by applicable consumer law in your country
4. How to request a refund
Email support@lovetalespress.com or use the Contact form within 14 days of purchase. Include:
- Order email / order ID
- Product name
- Reason for the request
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processing time depends on your bank or provider (often 5–10 business days).
